If you have ended up on this site then the chances are you have found eBay to be no help at all in resolving disputes so you can leave some comments to name and shame eBay or place a watch on the eBay seller or buyer who has upset/scammed you and save other eBay members having to endure the same trouble as you.
If on the other hand you want to take action against a scam artist then we maybe able to help but be prepared for a very long slog as in the first instance you will discover the police don’t want to know anything about eBay scams with very few fraudster
being prosected but if you insist the Police will pass the case to the trading standards who in my case start out by saying you have a good case but then they are kept
wating months for information from eBay and then it’s as if all the evidence has disappeared and the trading standards has the cheek to try and say all the evidence you have presented is circumstantial.
TAKE NONE OF IT YOU HAVE A RIGHT TO JUSTICE.
Fortunately I was in luck and kept copies of most of the pages linking the scamster to various eBay accounts and the real purpose of this site is to allow people access to archive data that eBay has bulled from the site so never again will the Police or trading standards be in a position to string people along knowing full well eBay will remove access to the information and so allowing the criminal to walk free.
Our main databank containing eBay images and web pages is much too big to upload to our server but we will allow access to specific pages and reports once we are sure it is being used legitimately and we can be contacted via our
contact page.
