Opening a Basic Shop Feedback Requirements

I always thought that you had to have a minimum of 10 feedback before you can open a shop but I have just noticed on one of the other posts that someone who only has a feedback score of 3 has a shop?

If you have a paypal account and a credit card on file you don't need feedback

You could always just buy the feedback in ten seconds flat for 1 pence a go.

All you need to do is type 'Positive Feedback' in that textbox at the top and off you go.

eBay does nothing about fake feedback because it helps keep the listing stats up and they also help hide the crime via the use of private listing that all vanish after the auction ends and thats why i take a copy of the pages before the listings end and then buyers and sellers can see for themselves who's having to buy feedback.

No eBay you are not very honest and have no one but yourselves to blame for the name you have got yourselve.

This is disgusting to know ebay allow these listings to continue, it's no more than a scam!

ebay has changed for the worse over the last few years, if I were you I would reconsider opening a shop, find somewhere else to ply your trade.

I've had a shop for a fair few years now and finally looking to move to pastures new, too many poor changes keep happening!

At least look through these boards or do some checks on google before you consider opening up on ebay ;)

Yes thanks for the link but i'm ahead of the game on these guys and have been pulling out hundreds each day for the past few months and also the listings before they all get hidden if they are private sales.

it's easy to see that many are just opening new accounts every week or so as the adverts and images reamin the same and if it's so easy for my software to spot these scams then why is eBay having such a hard time stopping it or does it keep stats up and scammers in work.

Now i'm sure warning members about against people that are selling feedback is against eBay policy but it's against eBay policy to sell feedback and is taking honest members for a ride so below is a small sub section of whats going on where i set the criteria for the search as 'How to get' because 'Positve Feedback 1p' would had filled several pages in the forum.
